Why Preventive Checks Beat Rush Orders

I'd rather sell you a standard-order NSK automotive steering system from a planned replacement than a rushed one from an emergency. The part itself can be identical. But your total cost—the freight, the downtime, the overtime, the mistakes that happen when you're moving fast—won't be identical.
